Top-10 finishes for Matthias Schwab and Matt Nixon at Porsche

Matthias Schwab finished seventh and Matt Nixon was tied ninth at the Porsche European Open.

It was Austrian Schwab's second-best finish of the year, following his fourth place at the Hero Indian Open in March, and he moves up to 254 in the Official World Golf Rankings and 81st on The Race to Dubai.

Matt was tied for 24th last time out at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open and followed that up with rounds of 69 and 68 over the weekend at Green Eagle GC to move into the top 10.

Making his third start, Chilean Matias Calderon was tied for 19th place with his first top-20 finish on the European Tour. 

Tom Murray finished tied for 11th on the Challenge Tour's Euram Bank Open. 

Last week on the EuroPro Tour, Haydn McCullen was tied for 12th place at The Pentahotels Championship, with Rijel Fernandes 26th and Billy Spooner 36th.
