I've done it once so at least I can say that.
Ben Stokes made history as he hit England’s fastest double century on the second day of the second Test with South Africa in Cape Town.
The 24-year-old needed just 163 balls to beat Ian Botham’s record of 220 balls on the way to a total of 258 before England declared on 629-6.
It was the highest score by a number six, beating Doug Walters’ 250 for Australia against New Zealand in 1977 and his tally of 11 was the most sixes scored by an England batsman.
Ben said: “I haven't really done much for a while so it was nice to kick on and make a big score.
"I probably won't play like this ever again in my life, but I've done it once so at least I can say that."
